As a senior leader, you will drive the transition to an AI-first content organization. You'll lead diverse teams to optimize global content operations and design innovative human-in-the-loop workflows.

Requirements

• •8+ years in high-growth digital environment
• •3+ years of team leadership experience
• •Experience in scaled content operations or merchandising
• •Strong systems thinking and metrics rigor
• •Ability to solve complex customer problems
• •Management of large cross-functional projects
• •High affinity with AI and automation
• •Exposure to human-in-the-loop workflows
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• •Residence in or willingness to relocate to Berlin

Tasks

• •Lead and develop functional teams and a large freelancer pool
• •Cultivate a high-performance culture with clear focus
• •Execute department strategy including organizational design and operating models
• •Communicate and drive change with teams and stakeholders
• •Partner with Product and Tech leaders on content solution design
• •Optimize AI-enabled content operations across merchandising and localization
• •Design human-in-the-loop workflows for content creation and model training
• •Scale frameworks to improve content quality and product experience
• •Establish data standards to ensure consistency and accuracy
