Requirements

  • Strong experience in organizational development, ideally within complex matrix organizations
  • In-depth knowledge of Target Operating Models design and implementation
  • Profound expertise in change management and organizational transformation
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strategic thinking, high initiative, and ownership
  • Proven experience navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience in renewable energy or distribution sectors (strong plus)
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • German language skills (plus)

Tasks

  • Lead design and continuous refinement of organizational structures.
  • Lead design and continuous refinement of roles.
  • Lead design and continuous refinement of governance models.
  • Drive rollout of the new Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Plan implementation measures for TOM rollout.
  • Implement rollout measures for the TOM.
  • Manage stakeholders during TOM rollout.
  • Drive change management for TOM implementation.
  • Develop future-state processes.
  • Implement future-state processes.
  • Support leaders and teams adopting new structures.
  • Support leaders and teams adopting new ways of working.
  • Design organizational development initiatives.
  • Facilitate organizational development initiatives.
  • Focus initiatives on culture, collaboration, and leadership mindset.
  • Provide strategic advice to leaders and teams.
  • Advise on organizational design.
  • Advise on roles.
  • Advise on development needs.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluate impact of organizational development initiatives.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement.
