- Willingness to work shifts and on-call services
- Fluent German and good English skills

Tasks
- Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure issues
- Manage firmware and patch updates with vendors
- Install and troubleshoot fiber optic cables in racks
- Perform splicing operations, both mechanical and fusion
- Conduct OTDR measurements and Bit-Error-Rate tests
- Integrate into structured cabling systems
- Assist with migrations and projects, such as new racks
- Manage escalations and liaise with L3 support and architecture teams
- Create technical documentation, including measurement logs
- Oversee spare part and asset management
