- 3 years administrative experience
- Ability to work independently
- High skill in Microsoft Office Suite components
- Obtain and maintain required contract security and background check
- Administrative Support, Child Welfare, Domestic Abuse Intervention and Prevention
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work
Tasks
- Assist FAP Manager with administrative and analytical support
- Coordinate and implement FAP efforts
- Support development of FAP-related trainings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and installation agencies
- Draft and implement SOPs, MOUs, and MOAs
- Represent FAP Manager in county and state agency coordination
- Analyze family violence statistics for reporting
- Present family violence statistics to senior leadership
- Manage quality control for FAP reports
- Coordinate and schedule program-related meetings
- Provide logistical support for meetings
- Maintain FAP annual and monthly training rosters
- Assist with certification file maintenance
- Prepare for certification review
- Provide initial client triage for FAP referrals
- Coordinate periodic DA installation certification
- Perform other duties as assigned
