Requirements
- 3+ years Microsoft Office experience
- 2+ years executive-level support experience
- Experience in DoD or federal environment
- Travel management and expense reporting experience
- Strict attention to detail
- High degree of proofreading accuracy
- Initiative and independent work skills
- Work authorization in Germany without sponsorship
- HS diploma or GED

Tasks
- Perform complex administrative work for senior leaders
- Make independent decisions within established guidelines
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential data discreetly
- Manage heavy calendars and schedule meetings
- Organize and manage complex travel schedules
- Support leadership visits and staff events
- Prepare detailed meeting materials
- Submit expense reports in compliance with policy
- Assist executives with daily workload management
- Adjust workflows to meet revised priorities
