Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- First successful HR experience
- Knowledge of French social security regulations
- Knowledge of French tax regulations
- Knowledge of French time management regulations
- Knowledge of French compensation & benefits regulations
- Experience with HR tools
- Ideally SAP HR experience
- Beneficial Excel skills
- Friendly and service-oriented customer presentation
- Very strong analytical skills
- Very strong organizational skills
- Fluent French
- Good English level
- German is a plus

- Improve HR administrative processes
- Maintain HR administrative processes in HR systems
- Prepare monthly HR data reports
- Prepare yearly HR data reports
- Ensure legal requirements for HR services are met
- Ensure regulatory requirements for HR services are met
- Advise employees based in France on HR topics
- Inform employees based in France on HR topics
- Collaborate with local HR partners in France
- Collaborate with internal departments in Berlin
- Collaborate with technical service providers
- Participate in internal HR projects
- Identify opportunities for HR service improvement
- Encourage sharing of best practices between European HR teams
- Participate in HR service digitalization
- Share best practices with international colleagues

- Bachelor's degree
