Requirements
- High School diploma (Abitur) and relevant university degree or vocational training
- 2 or more years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, or related role
- Prior experience as Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r or strong interest in becoming occupational health and safety expert
- Highly organized, proactive, and hands-on mindset
- High attention to detail regarding documentation and evidence for German safety laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
Tasks
- Oversee day-to-day office logistics
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain facility maintenance
- Handle vendor contracts and service provider relationships
- Organize company events and team-building activities
- Plan initiatives to promote a positive work environment
- Ensure a professional atmosphere for employees and guests
- Act as the designated Safety Officer
- Ensure compliance with legal mandates
- Document safety procedures and training
- Implement physical office changes as required
- Create and deliver custom safety training modules
- Conduct annual fire drills
- Perform safety briefings for new employees
- Keep training records up to date for legal audits
- Renew certifications for first aiders, fire safety assistants, and safety officers
