Requirements

  • University or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the Telco market and digital transformation journey
  • Account experience in the Communication Providers’ segment
  • Experience with System Integrators, Solution Consulting Companies, and Network Equipment Providers
  • Partner engagement experience
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity in multiple geographies
  • Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota diversity of business customer
  • Consultative solution selling and business development skills
  • Leadership and initiative in driving sales
  • Project management skills
  • Passion to win and growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Business proficiency in German and English

Work Experience

Tasks

  • Manage and develop HPE Telco Solution business at major accounts in Germany and Austria
  • Focus on Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, and Telefonica with emphasis on Subscriber Data Management and Telco Automation
  • Sell Telco software and solutions for reliable service operation in hybrid and virtualized environments
  • Build a broad network of industry relationships in targeted accounts and countries
  • Capture sales opportunities to increase market share in line with HPE's strategy
  • Set directions for business development and solution replication
  • Create and grow reference customers
  • Collaborate with HPE account management, presales, and delivery teams
  • Work with a virtual team to orchestrate and sell complex customer solutions
  • Establish consultative relationships with clients, including C-level executives
  • Deliver on assigned quota metrics and exceed set quotas with quarterly KPIs
