- Negotiation of complex deals and terms

- German language skills as a plus
Tasks
- Lead client engagement within Germany
- Partner closely with the Global Account Manager
- Communicate the Salesforce Customer 360 suite benefits
- Craft and deliver comprehensive account strategies
- Align account plans with customer business goals
- Collaborate with an extended cross-functional team
- Manage complex national sales cycles
- Identify new business opportunities
- Pitch product value to C-level executives
- Drive opportunities toward contract closing
- Build senior relationships in new business domains
- Engage company executives for top-level connections
- Forecast sales revenue and activity levels
- Ensure sustainable customer satisfaction
- Evangelize the vision through product demonstrations
- Execute account-specific initiatives and market events

- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
