- Support invoice and PO tracking
- Provide administrative support for vendor setup and procurement
- Maintain an overview of active vendors and scopes
- Coordinate national and regional supply of marketing materials
- Monitor expiration dates of materials
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Support planning and logistics for marketing materials
