Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications
- Experience in Connectivity / Satcom business
- Ability to develop rigorous strategic analysis
- Creativity and innovation in developing new ideas
- Success in developing and implementing impactful promotional strategies
- Proven capability to manage promotional campaign budgets
- Solid time management and problem-solving skills
- Well organized, structured, rigorous, and dynamic
- Enthusiasm and creativity in developing engaging content
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in written and oral German and English, additional language (French, Spanish) a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
- Eligibility for security clearance
- Ability to undertake business trips
Tasks
- Support product strategy and roadmap development
- Implement the marketing mix for connectivity products
- Coordinate with the Customer Engagement Marketing team
- Lead promotional action plans and digital marketing activities
- Advise stakeholders on product marketing strategies
- Manage external market interactions and promotional channels
- Develop marketing activities for the DACH region
- Conduct external and internal market analysis
- Define the marketing mix for products and services
- Create go-to-market plans and drive execution
- Develop and communicate new use cases
- Create and maintain sales enablement tools
- Execute promotional marketing campaigns across channels
- Support market and competitive analysis for the core team
- Ensure knowledge of the product operational loop
- Co-conduct training sessions for Sales and Programmes
- Present products and services at events and conferences
- Prepare customer presentations for visits and events
- Support sales campaigns with presentations and proposals
- Create marketing materials for SatCom services and Ground Systems
- Provide training on improving presentations
- Assist in organizing major events as needed
- Share best practices for events
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote activities or products
