Description

As a Marketing Manager for Medication Delivery, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing marketing strategies while managing the product life cycle. This role involves translating market insights into compelling value propositions and ensuring effective customer engagement through training and optimized sales support.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or similar
• •Minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management in Life Sciences/Med-tech industry
• •Strong technical marketing acumen
• •Full fluency in English and German language, written and spoken
• •Knowledge of an Eastern European language such as Polish would be beneficial
• •Experience of working in a large matrix organization
• •International or European experience is preferred
• •Strategic agility and good analytical skills
• •Excellent communication skills, great presentation skills
• •Results-driven and action-oriented, takes ownership of tasks and gets things done
• •Ability to influence without authority, using relationships and networks within the BD matrix
• •Ability to travel internationally 30-40%
