  • •8+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience
  • •Hands-on experience with telemetry technology integration
  • •Effectiveness working across cultures and within complex matrix environments
  • •Management experience including direct team leadership
  • •Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • •German and English both business fluent
  • •Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs
  • •Success in negotiating, influencing, and reconciling differences

  • •Manage multiple concurrent site projects and programs
  • •Support project strategy to align with key customer business objectives
  • •Anticipate trends and prioritize business needs
  • •Develop departmental plans focusing on business and production priorities
  • •Control resources and form policies within your area of responsibility
  • •Plan, monitor, and control investment budgets
  • •Provide leadership to managers, supervisors, and professional staff
