Marketing Coordinator & PLCM Support(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Proficient German and English skills
• Project management skills
• Minimum 4 days in-office presence

Tasks

• Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns and product launches
• Organize congresses, training programs, and promotional initiatives
• Manage logistics for trade shows, workshops, and customer events
• Track and report KPIs including leads, reach, and engagement
• Update and distribute brochures, presentations, and digital assets
• Maintain site content, CMS pages, and Instructions for Use
• Manage CRM, CMS, and DAM databases and systems
• Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality teams on compliance
• Verify product claims against applicable regulatory frameworks
• Ensure communication follows MDR/IVDR guidelines and quality procedures
• Escalate compliance concerns to appropriate stakeholders
• Act as the operational interface for internal departments and agencies
• Coordinate engagement with physicians, nurses, and procurement teams
• Facilitate information flow between internal teams and external partners
• Follow established workflows, approval processes, and brand guidelines
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and project management tools
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose operational enhancements
• Execute marketing actions within a highly process-driven environment
