- •Coordinate unit programs to ensure team alignment and operational efficiency
- •Support planning, documentation, and tracking of key initiatives
- •Optimize tools for initiative tracking and documentation
- •Maintain structured systems for contracts, databases, and records
- •Provide executive support to the Senior Director Markets
- •Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense claims
- •Prepare documentation, presentations, and briefing materials
- •Consult with colleagues on financial, procurement, and legal compliance
- •Liaise with legal, procurement, and finance departments
- •Track budgets and maintain accurate financial records
- •Optimize budget tracking and planning tools
- •Coordinate with finance and program managers
- •Manage invoices and credit card administration
- •Support annual budget planning processes
- •Organize logistics for meetings, workshops, and events
- •Assist with contract preparation and correspondence
- •Coordinate staff development and training logistics
