- Leadership skills for virtual account teams
- Navigating customer challenges across domains and cultures
- Excellent communication skills on all organizational levels
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Experience with customers across diverse industries (chemical/pharma/life science focus)
- Delivering insights and best practices to help organizations innovate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of SAP Business Suite and AI (advantageous)
