Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field
• •7–10 years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, or strategic planning
• •Strong understanding of healthcare data sources and international market dynamics
• •Proficiency in analytical tools and technologies
• •Experience leading commercial planning processes across multiple geographies
• •Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

Tasks

• •Develop and maintain forecasting models for international markets
• •Consolidate analytics across regions for consistency
• •Analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities
• •Build dashboards and performance reports
• •Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership
• •Support strategic decisions with market, customer, and competitive intelligence
• •Provide scenario modeling and planning support
• •Lead IBP, CDR, and LBE forecasting processes
• •Consolidate regional inputs and align with Finance and Supply Chain
• •Support LRP and OEM planning cycles
• •Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to assess market dynamics
• •Monitor competitor activities with regional teams
• •Communicate insights clearly across all organizational levels
• •Promote a data-driven culture and support knowledge sharing
