Senior IT Business Analyst – Digital Marketing(m/w/x)
Leading analysis and implementation of digital content solutions and marketing automation platforms at global healthcare leader. GxP validation and vendor management experience required. Company bike, employee stock purchase program.
Requirements
- Min. bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as Business Analyst in digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM, or customer experience IT projects
- Proven track record in global, matrix environments
- Experience with GxP validation and vendor management
- Strong knowledge of Agile SCRUM development methodologies
- Ability to define best practices for web/mobile solution design, integrating multiple cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience designing/hosting customer-facing digital assets (websites, mobile apps)
- Familiarity with software quality assurance and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in organizational management within large-scale, global business models
- Interdisciplinary, intercultural, influencing skills; ability to build effective networks
- Experience working in globally distributed teams and matrixed environments
- Understanding of solutions in Content Management, Digital Asset Management, CRM, Medical Legal Review, content tagging, and workflow design
- Ability to interpret and contribute to conceptual systems and solution architecture
- Familiarity with healthcare ecosystem, reimbursement models, or MedTech industry
- Experience supporting business development initiatives with platforms like Salesforce, eWizard, Adobe Campaign, AWS Lambda, AWS Lex
- Prior exposure to diabetes care or medical device sectors
- Understanding of global cybersecurity and privacy regulations, including GDPR
Tasks
- Bridge commercial and digital marketing strategies with IT solutions
- Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and commercial teams
- Transform customer engagement objectives into global digital platforms
- Support launch programs
- Optimize digital operations across regions
- Lead structured analysis of business goals
- Analyze B2C and B2B customer journeys
- Analyze marketing and customer experience process requirements
- Translate complex requirements into use cases
- Develop process flows and user stories
- Create functional specifications
- Identify operational, technical, financial risks and gaps
- Recommend improvements
- Lead pilot implementations of digital content solutions
- Ensure smooth handover to service delivery teams
- Drive implementation and enhancement of digital platforms
- Define and execute the digital content roadmap
- Manage metadata, content tagging, and information architecture
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Align priorities and expectations across teams
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and UAT sessions
- Conduct reviews with commercial and IT partners
- Champion GDPR and healthcare compliance
- Champion IT security and corporate digital governance
- Monitor platform performance
- Drive continuous improvement using analytics and feedback
