- •Support customer escalations with account team members.
- •Establish clear goals for the Customer Success team.
- •Provide feedback to senior management on team needs.
- •Track and report on key performance indicators.
- •Advocate for alignment on special projects.
- •Stay updated on regulatory changes for compliance.
- •Collaborate on process improvements with other teams.
