Tasks
- Lead development and execution of strategic plans
- Drive retailer performance and market share growth
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with retail partners
- Deliver 3-year business plans aligned with brand objectives
- Oversee brand strategy implementation
- Manage sales targets within defined budgets
- Negotiate to enhance brand visibility and performance
- Coach and develop team members
- Foster a culture of high performance and collaboration
- Build 3-year commercial and budget plans
- Develop go-to-market strategies
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships
- Create 360-degree trade marketing plans
- Develop and agree on joint business plans
- Monitor and course-correct performance
- Negotiate with key stakeholders
- Lead plans for brand sales and profitability
- Monitor stock levels and SISO
- Shape strategic business objectives
- Accelerate growth and maximize market share
- Forecast net sales for retailers and markets
- Meet financial deadlines and budget submissions
- Flag risks and opportunities
- Oversee department store execution
- Lead local department store teams
- Partner with international teams
- Coach junior team members
- Ensure flawless brand vision execution
- Plan new launches and sell-in goals
- Manage retailer partnership activations
- Drive trade and online marketing activities
- Liaise with marketing, visual merchandising, and PR
- Create annual plans for each retailer
- Manage account P&L
- Measure and deliver ROI
- Build strong relationships with retailer field teams
- Translate field insights into commercial growth
- Drive product and brand excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Align accurate forecasting
- Manage inventory and assortment
- Provide forward planning and insights
- Review implementation and performance
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
