- •Fluent German and fluent English

- •Build and lead the pre-sales Solutions Architect team in Germany
- •Hire, coach, and manage team performance and career development
- •Own pre-sales ROI and effectiveness metrics
- •Develop coverage models and prioritize impact on win-rate and sales cycles
- •Act as a player-coach in strategic opportunities
- •Support complex, executive-level sales cycles and customer engagements
- •Establish a solution- and value-based selling culture
- •Partner with Sales leadership to enhance forecast accuracy and pipeline quality
- •Drive consumption growth in a usage-driven business model
- •Engage with C-level and senior executives to build trusted relationships
- •Ensure alignment with Partners and Professional Services for implementation strategies
- •Represent Field Engineering in the regional leadership team
