- •In-depth knowledge of European pharmaceutical regulations
- •Strong understanding of compliance standards and guidelines
- •Proven experience in developing compliance programs
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- •Professional certifications in compliance are a plus
- •Professional fluency in English and German

Tasks
- •Act as Compliance Business Partner for EMEA affiliates in DACH and Baltics
- •Direct and coordinate compliance engagement and risk management support
- •Provide compliance guidance across departments based on laws and regulations
- •Advise on compliance risks and mitigation strategies
- •Review and approve HCP engagements and contracts in line with requirements
- •Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and accountability through training
- •Educate and support local markets in compliance practices
- •Collaborate with the Compliance team for continuous improvement
- •Perform documentation and onsite monitoring activities
- •Approve local promotional and non-promotional materials
- •Review and approve HCP engagements for contracted activities
- •Oversee transparency reporting obligations with stakeholders
- •Support regional and global compliance initiatives and projects
- •Follow GDP guidelines in all activities
