- Drive stakeholder adherence to global category strategies
- Identify preferred suppliers in collaboration with Affiliate stakeholders
- Develop sourcing strategies for locally managed spend
- Maintain a holistic view of Affiliate demand and supply options
- Conduct RFPs and negotiate price and contract terms
- Provide regular updates on delivery to GPO and senior Affiliate leaders
- Proactively highlight issues requiring awareness or attention
- Promote stakeholder adoption of standardized procurement processes
- Inspire stakeholders to realize the value of good sourcing practices
- Participate in Procurement Team meetings to learn about GPO goals and best practices
