Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar
• Knowledge of Trade-in, Forward Trade, or Green Energy
• Experience in global projects, ideally retail/service
• Experience managing international operations or matrix leadership
• Strong Project Management skills
• Understanding of circularity trends and innovations
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for customer centricity and commercial propositions
• High Tech affinity including genAI
• Results-orientation, decisiveness, and analytical ability
• Adaptability, flexibility, learning willingness, and teamwork
• Perseverance and performance orientation

Tasks

• Lead day-to-day Trade-In business operations
• Manage the Trade-In team and operational execution
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes
• Deliver projects and operational reporting
• Perform Trade-In BI analysis to improve performance
• Develop the groupwide trade-in program
• Manage external partners and internal stakeholders
• Oversee the multivendor tech platform
• Optimize the customer journey
• Define commercial propositions and pricing corridors
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and reporting
• Coordinate with a team of four and supporting functions
• Develop global trade-in and green energy business
• Derive global frameworks and business cases
• Create global blueprints for business expansion
• Support groupwide circularity strategy development
• Enable data-based decision making for the leadership team
• Set up assessment frameworks and guidelines
• Establish processes for trade-in and green energy
• Manage trade-in processes within company policy
• Monitor market dynamics and industry trends
• Translate market insights into growth opportunities
• Initiate exchange with countries and third parties
