- Oversee the multivendor tech platform
- Optimize the customer journey
- Define commercial propositions and pricing corridors
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and reporting
- Coordinate with a team of four and supporting functions
- Develop global trade-in and green energy business
- Derive global frameworks and business cases
- Create global blueprints for business expansion
- Support groupwide circularity strategy development
- Enable data-based decision making for the leadership team
- Set up assessment frameworks and guidelines
- Establish processes for trade-in and green energy
- Manage trade-in processes within company policy
- Monitor market dynamics and industry trends
- Translate market insights into growth opportunities
- Initiate exchange with countries and third parties
