- •Excellent university degree (Master / PhD)
- •Focus of studies in business administration, (industrial) engineering, finance, accounting, controlling, or natural sciences
- •1 – 2 years professional experience in operations or service functions
- •Experience abroad advantageous
- •Dynamic, solution-oriented, and results-driven working style
- •Fast learner with good understanding of financial and technical issues
- •Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with various levels of seniority and diverse cultures
- •Very good English, ideally with second language skills (German, French)
- •Eagerness to learn about business and work in operations outside Germany

Tasks
- •Resolve operative tasks in day-to-day business
- •Support the Managing Board member with conceptual and strategic topics
- •Prepare solid decision papers for the Managing Board
- •Process and present ad-hoc topics quickly
- •Conduct quality research and analysis of data and information
- •Coordinate cooperation between local management and functions
- •Serve as a communication interface between the Area Managing Board and other offices
- •Collaborate closely with departments reporting to the Managing Board member
- •Lead global special projects independently
- •Contribute to group-wide initiatives with high visibility
