Description

As an AIT Operations Principal Engineer, you will coordinate AIT activities, manage schedules, and lead a team while ensuring smooth collaboration across various technical departments. This role involves preparing for operations, maintaining documentation, and supporting budget management.

Requirements

• •At least 2 years in a coordination or management function

Tasks

• •Coordinate AIT activities within the facility
• •Plan and execute AIT operations for Qualification and Flight Models
• •Lead a small team of Logistics Engineers in Munich and Bordeaux
• •Oversee and maintain the AIT schedule for assembly, integration, and testing
• •Synchronize operations among mechanical, electrical, propulsion, and thermal teams
• •Facilitate daily and weekly AIT coordination meetings
• •Supervise task preparation, ensuring hardware, procedures, and tools are ready
• •Collaborate with project management, AIT managers, design, quality, and logistics
• •Ensure timely completion of procedures and coordinate corrective actions
• •Prepare and finalize AIT reports, ensuring accurate documentation
• •Maintain compliance with quality standards throughout the AIT process
• •Support budget consolidation for AIT activities preparation and execution
