Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- •Over 10 years of experience in spacecraft or aerospace electrical engineering
- •Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams
- •Deep understanding of spacecraft electrical subsystems and integration/test practices
- •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across multidisciplinary teams
- •Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- •Experience with environmental and functional testing of space systems
- •Familiarity with industry standards such as ECSS, NASA, or MIL-STD
- •Experience in new space or agile hardware development environments
- •Proficiency with electrical test tools and data analysis software

- •Lead the electrical engineering function in the AIT department
- •Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of electrical integration and test campaigns
- •Manage and mentor a team of Electrical Engineers and Technicians
- •Conduct performance management and professional development for team members
- •Define and implement a roadmap for GSE and Command and Control framework
- •Establish and maintain electrical AIT processes, standards, and best practices
- •Provide expert technical input on system-level integration and verification
- •Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Program Management
- •Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex electrical integration and test issues
- •Participate in design and readiness reviews as the electrical AIT subject matter expert
- •Ensure compliance of electrical integration activities with industry standards and safety protocols
- •Support continuous improvement of AIT facilities, equipment, and test infrastructure
- •Potentially participate in responses to BIDs for future programs
