Requirements
- •Mechanical or Aerospace degree (Bsc. minimum)
- •3+ years of experience in hands-on mechanical AIT for aerospace systems
- •Knowledge of ESA and NASA quality and safety standards
- •Broad knowledge of structures and mechanical subsystems for aerospace vehicles
- •Welding experience will be considered a plus
- •CAD design experience will be considered a plus
- •Passion for advancing the commercial space industry
- •Highly motivated to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up environment
- •Fluency in English; German, French, Italian or Arabic is an asset

Tasks
- •Participate in mechanical operations for lunar vehicles
- •Assist with assembly operations and tube bending
- •Collaborate with AIT propulsion on welding tasks
- •Set up facilities and install Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE)
- •Work closely with the AIT team
- •Write procedures for testing mechanical subsystems
- •Collaborate with CAD and mechanical design teams
- •Ensure proper execution of mechanical operations and testing
- •Document anomalies and deviations during testing
- •Resolve anomalies during integration and testing
- •Provide feedback and report issues to the AIT manager
- •Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for quality standards
- •Define required mechanical tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
- •Identify missing tools to ensure effective testing
- •Organize and manage mechanical tools and equipment
