• •3+ years of experience in modal testing or structural dynamics
• •Proficiency with modal testing equipment, data acquisition systems, and analysis software
• •Solid understanding of vibration theory, structural dynamics, and signal processing
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• •Project management skills
• •Great communication skills
• •Willingness to travel to test sites as required
• •Experience in aerospace, especially in launch vehicle development
• •Experience correlating test data with analytical models
• •Knowledge of FEM updating
• •German language skills

Tasks

• •Collaborate with analysis and design teams to define dynamic test requirements
• •Develop effective test plans and procedures
• •Set up, calibrate, and operate test equipment
• •Maintain test equipment such as accelerometers and data acquisition systems
• •Plan and execute structural dynamics tests
• •Conduct experimental and operational modal analysis
• •Perform shock measurements
• •Analyze test data using signal processing and modal analysis tools
• •Correlate results with simulations and provide feedback
• •Prepare documentation including procedures and test reports
• •Organize and share test knowledge within the team
• •Support root cause analysis for structural issues
• •Drive continuous improvements of test methodologies and lab equipment
• •Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
