As an AIT Manager for lunar lander projects, you will oversee testing operations, manage budgets, and lead a team while ensuring effective integration and testing processes. This role involves resolving issues, interfacing with design teams, and supporting equipment procurement.

Tasks

• •Handle setup and operation of test facilities in the UAE
• •Implement AIT processes for The Exploration Company
• •Prepare, execute, and manage assembly, integration, and testing of lunar landers
• •Lead AIT activities and support operations execution
• •Define budget for resources and personnel for Lunar Lander project
• •Interface with design and program teams to influence cost-effective decisions
• •Write AIT plans and define procedure lists
• •Resolve anomalies during integration and testing
• •Manage reports at the end of operations and tests
• •Provide feedback on blockages or problems during AIT and propose improvements
• •Lead design and support procurement of specific GSE
• •Support purchase of equipment needed for AIT activities
• •Manage hiring of engineers and technicians for AIT activities
• •Perform risk assessments for AIT activities
• •Set up AIT team and integration hall in the UAE
