As a Functional Platforms AIV Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing system-level test campaigns, ensuring that both software and hardware integrations meet all technical requirements while collaborating with various engineering teams.

Requirements

• •Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• •5 to 10 years of experience in systems design, analysis, and testing of aerospace systems
• •Hands-on hardware experience
• •Practical experience with functional test platforms
• •Experience in development and verification of space hardware
• •Spacecraft systems knowledge, focusing on flight software, avionics, and guidance
• •Strong oral and written communication skills
• •Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• •Strong organizing and prioritization skills

Tasks

• •Define and implement integration and verification activities for Nyx Earth system functional software and hardware
• •Create test plans and specifications with clear success criteria
• •Support the generation of test procedures with the Functional Platform team
• •Prepare, organize, and execute spacecraft functional platforms system test campaigns
• •Ensure closure of all system verification aspects, including nominal and off-nominal behaviors
• •Organize test reviews such as Test Readiness Review and Post Test Review
• •Generate test reports and drive closure of Items for Verification and Validation
• •Collaborate with Functional Chain responsible and engineering disciplines for test preparation and execution
• •Process anomalies during test campaigns in coordination with the Product Assurance Team
