Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
  • At least 4 years software sales experience
  • Sales team leadership experience (ideal)
  • Celonis GTM experience (plus)
  • Good experience with Sales Celonis sales tools
  • Experience with Sales Enablement Platforms (ideal)
  • Seismic experience (preferred)
  • Clear and frequent communication
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to gain buy-in and alignment
  • Working knowledge of sales methodologies
  • Demonstrable experience with MEDDPICC
  • Independent, outcome, goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to deliver and exceed timelines
  • Disciplined execution
  • Collaboration with team members and Celonauts
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills (advantage)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • German, French, or Spanish language skills (advantage)
  • Experience in high velocity, high growth, high pace, changing priorities environments

Tasks

  • Design and deliver onboarding for EMEA AEs
  • Provide continuous skill development for EMEA AEs
  • Manage certification programs for EMEA AEs
  • Coach in-seat EMEA Account Executives
  • Serve as primary enablement contact for sales
  • Ensure adoption of sales enablement programs
  • Partner with Sales Directors and Revenue Ops
  • Identify and align on sales development needs
  • Scope and create regional enablement plans
  • Create and deliver regional enablement content
  • Support new EMEA hires during onboarding
  • Support Sales Directors in coaching Account Executives
  • Communicate regional enablement initiatives
  • Collaborate on sales enablement governance
  • Create and prioritize AE enablement plans
  • Curate and develop sales enablement content
  • Stay current on Celonis products and use cases
  • Analyze enablement impact with data
  • Support planning for strategic enablement events
  • Contribute to sales enablement projects
  • Report on program and project performance
