Tasks
- Lead marine user engagement planning, implementation, and reporting.
- Engage with member states, European, global services, and research.
- Develop internal and external networks for application development.
- Develop and maintain marine user engagement plans, including resources.
- Contribute to the cross-thematic engagement management team.
- Provide consolidated user feedback using the feedback process.
- Coordinate with other application leads on cross-application issues.
- Define, implement, and evaluate marine product training.
- Focus training on science-based operational applications.
- Identify, develop, and maintain training resources.
- Build a network with specialized institutions and experts.
- Contribute to the EUMETSAT training case study library.
- Coordinate with CMEMS and Copernicus partners on user engagement.
- Support coordinated operations and planning.
- Support marine application outreach and promotion.
- Provide expert support to marine data users.
- Provide first-line support for marine product inquiries.
- Contribute to EUMETSAT user feedback management.
- Provide expert input for marine product information, including guides and case studies.
- Support other application areas like hydrology and water management.
