- Support design, qualification, and certification of interior cabin products
- Provide technical oversight and guidance for current and future projects
- Ensure adherence to engineering, drawing requirements, and processes
- Serve as technical lead for cabin product development projects
- Participate in design reviews
- Generate test plans and reports for product qualification
- Lead and mentor teammates in technical issue problem-solving
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Adapt to changing work statements
- Report to the Cabin Products Engineering Manager
- Collaborate with global engineering teams across multiple time zones
- Identify technical requirements for active and upcoming projects
- Develop solutions for active and upcoming projects
