Requirements

  • Master’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • Extensive experience and deep knowledge of A350 Structural Analysis
  • Proficiency in using associated processes, methods, and tools
  • Proven experience in technical leadership of projects
  • Enjoyment of working with many interfaces, adapting communication
  • Creative data-driven mindset, motivated to improve work processes
  • Capabilities to interpret environmental context and influence decisions
  • Fluency in English
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

  • Lead static evaluations of fuselage structures
  • Plan and analyze structural tests
  • Collaborate on airworthiness compliance
  • Investigate and validate structural failures
  • Define technical scopes and lead times
  • Present technical findings to stakeholders
  • Improve internal analysis tools and methods
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality deliverables
  • Guide colleagues through complex tasks

Education

  • Vocational certification
