- •Extensive experience in aerospace interiors
- •Experience with aircraft interior modification programs
- •Experience leading complex projects and mentoring
- •Expertise in Catia, ENOVIA, and IVT
- •Reliability, integrity, and collaborative nature
- •Flexibility for variable work and timezones
- •Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

- •Conduct technical definitions and feasibility studies
- •Develop configurations and validate designs
- •Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements

- •Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve design and interface issues
- •Support program recovery and verification efforts
- •Oversee supplier design, testing, and production activities
- •Ensure supplier deliveries align with quality standards
- •Engage with global stakeholders and provide production support
- •Deliver post-delivery support to ensure program success
- •Develop improved design processes and tools
- •Monitor emerging technologies to enhance innovation
