Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering
  • •5+ years of Aerospace Engineering experience
  • •5+ years of program management experience
  • •Extensive experience in aerospace interiors
  • •Experience with aircraft interior modification programs
  • •Experience leading complex projects and mentoring
  • •Expertise in Catia, ENOVIA, and IVT
  • •Reliability, integrity, and collaborative nature
  • •Flexibility for variable work and timezones
  • •Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

  • •Manage the full customer introduction lifecycle for interior monuments
  • •Conduct technical definitions and feasibility studies

  • •Prioritize tasks and mitigate project risks
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve design and interface issues
  • •Support program recovery and verification efforts
  • •Oversee supplier design, testing, and production activities
  • •Ensure supplier deliveries align with quality standards
  • •Engage with global stakeholders and provide production support
  • •Deliver post-delivery support to ensure program success
  • •Develop improved design processes and tools
  • •Monitor emerging technologies to enhance innovation
