Launch Systems Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the technical excellence of the Spectrum launch vehicle by managing complex requirements and system architectures while ensuring all subsystems align with mission objectives.

Requirements

• •Experience in aerospace or related fields
• •Understanding of engineering systems and architecture
• •Interdisciplinary knowledge of aerospace systems
• •Expertise in propulsion, structures, or avionics
• •Familiarity with requirements management and verification
• •Strong analytical and organizational skills
• •Ability to work internationally
• •Experience in Python
• •Fluency in English
• •Experience in model-based systems engineering
• •Experience with Matlab and Simulink
• •Experience in Project Management

Tasks

• •Apply interdisciplinary knowledge across all major launch system domains
• •Support architectural design for current and future launch vehicles
• •Define and maintain system and subsystem requirements
• •Develop test campaigns to verify requirement compliance
• •Track verification progress against program milestones
• •Monitor roadmap execution and subsystem development status
• •Update the launch system Product Breakdown Structure
• •Align technical interfaces between subsystems and departments
• •Manage technical budgets for mass and performance
• •Document and report on requirement tracking processes
