Description

You will drive the development of critical launch infrastructure from initial design through to commissioning. By leading diverse teams and managing complex stakeholder interests, you'll ensure these vital facilities are ready for flight.

Requirements

• •Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
• •Five years relevant work experience
• •Experience managing complex infrastructure projects
• •Experience working in regulatory environments
• •Knowledge of project management toolkit
• •Quick grasp of technical problems
• •Reliable coordination and stakeholder management
• •Willingness to travel internationally
• •Fluent English skills
• •German language skills
• •Technical expertise in aerospace sector
• •Project management certification or similar

Tasks

• •Manage mid- to large-scale test and launch facility projects
• •Lead multidisciplinary, cross-functional project teams across multiple departments
• •Coordinate international stakeholders and handle contract negotiations
• •Report project status, timelines, and budgets to senior management
• •Identify and proactively mitigate technical and operational risks
• •Collaborate with internal rocket systems teams to meet project scopes
• •Support the establishment of new company sites with service departments
• •Optimize workflows and processes to expedite project execution
