Requirements

  • •Experience in satellite systems engineering
  • •Experience in technical leadership roles
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • •Proficiency in systems engineering principles
  • •Proficiency with engineering software tools
  • •Familiarity with ECSS industry standards
  • •Experience with requirements management tools
  • •Experience with satellite integration and testing
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Eligibility for German Ü2 security clearance

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Lead the technical development of LEO satellite constellations
  • •Define system-level designs and architectures
  • •Translate mission requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • •Conduct in-depth analysis and performance simulations
  • •Manage internal and external technical interfaces
  • •Oversee the entire project lifecycle and transitions
  • •Collaborate with project managers on schedules and budgets
  • •Transform customer demands into technical architectures
  • •Lead technical reviews with customers and partners
  • •Establish quality assurance and safety protocols
  • •Oversee system verification and AIT campaigns
  • •Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams
  • •Prepare and present technical documentation to stakeholders
