Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business, or related discipline
- Significant professional experience in employee and labor relations
- Experience across multiple EMEA jurisdictions and knowledge of European labor relations frameworks
- Fluency in English, German, French, and/or Dutch
- Ability to operate in a matrixed, decentralized organization
Tasks
- Support business across employee and labor relations topics
- Provide guidance and strategic advice to HR and business leaders
- Maintain constructive employee relations environment
- Support organizational effectiveness and compliance
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders
- Balance employee experience, business needs, and legal requirements
- Engage in social dialogue with works councils and employee representatives
- Prepare for and participate in formal consultation processes
- Ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up
- Coach and guide HR partners and leaders on relations topics
- Contribute to regional and global LER initiatives
- Stay informed on labor and employment law developments
- Share insights with internal stakeholders
