  • Create user guides and how-tos
  • Manage customer tickets and escalations
  • Prioritize support issues
  • Set customer expectations
  • Communicate status updates transparently
  • Support account expansion
  • Maintain a personal forecast pipeline
  • Provide internal status updates
  • Write clear specifications
  • Create decision notes
  • Prepare handovers for Delivery teams
