Tasks

  • Own and grow strategic customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Identify and engage new key accounts in the region
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage complex deal structures
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales, Inside Sales, and Area Sales Managers to deliver integrated solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and service development
  • Track and report on account performance, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Represent FLIR at key customer meetings, events, and exhibitions
  • Champion the full offering: Products, Solutions, Services, and Training
