- •Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent commercial training
- •Proven senior sales experience, ideally in international markets; packaging or plastics a plus
- •Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- •Project management skills with a structured, process-oriented approach
- •Excellent business acumen, customer focus, and relationship management skills
- •Results-driven, dynamic, and hands-on self-starter with resilience and persistence

Tasks
- •Maintain and develop the customer base in the Pooling industry
- •Launch new products in the Pooling sector
- •Manage and grow customer accounts across Europe, focusing on DACH, Benelux, the UK, and CEE
- •Drive sales with key accounts and acquire new project customers
- •Collaborate closely with clients and the innovation team
- •Achieve sales performance, volume, and revenue targets in your region
- •Plan and manage budgets in alignment with the VP of Pooling & System Integrations
- •Coordinate with Program Management to track project progress
- •Organize and prepare customer meetings and sales presentations
- •Conduct initial calculations and prepare business cases for Group Controlling
- •Create reports, analyses, and decision-support materials
- •Prepare internal and external presentations
- •Maintain accurate data in the CRM system
- •Build customer insights and share findings with the VP of Pooling & System Integrations
