Tasks

  • Develop and lead tailored market business plans
  • Identify key growth levers and commercial opportunities
  • Analyze local market challenges
  • Manage and track commercial performance
  • Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Report on sales KPIs
  • Select and onboard high-performing distribution partners
  • Manage high-performing distribution partners and key accounts
  • Monitor and analyze market trends
  • Analyze consumer behavior and competitor activity
  • Monitor and analyze sell-out performance
  • Partner with Global and Regional Marketing teams
  • Localize brand campaigns, launches, and go-to-market plans
  • Provide strategic and operational partner support
  • Offer partner training
  • Provide trade tools to partners
  • Offer merchandising guidance
  • Support promotional planning
  • Lead regular market visits with partners
  • Conduct business reviews with partners
  • Represent the brand at industry events
