Requirements
- •7–10+ years of experience in B2B key account management or solution sales
- •Experience with multi-site or multi-country customers and long-term service contracts
- •Extensive experience in project management and contract negotiations
- •Understanding of operational conditions or high willingness to learn
- •Confident manner in a matrix organization and high level of stakeholder management
- •Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills
- •Business fluent German and English; other European languages are an advantage
- •Very good MS Office skills; experience with CRM systems is desirable
- •Willingness to travel within Europe

- •Design and coordinate standardized offerings for international customers
- •Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across locations
- •Coordinate cross-border implementation and track KPIs
- •Monitor results and KPIs, including sales and customer satisfaction
- •Collaborate closely with local stakeholders and various departments
- •Prepare decision-making documents and presentations for management
- •Conceptualize and facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings
