- •Key account management or similar experience in FMCG or major lifestyle/sports/outdoor brand
- •Deep knowledge of the European lifestyle and/or outdoor/sports industry
- •Experience with lifestyle and/or outdoor consumers
- •Skill in crafting and maintaining mutual strategic plans
- •Analytical and strategic thinking
- •High energy, goal-oriented, and driven
- •Skills in analysis, time management, communication, problem solving, and innovative thinking
- •Exceptional team player

Tasks
- •Develop key accounts for sustainable growth
- •Serve as the main contact for multiple departments
- •Drive brand strategy and enhance positioning
- •Participate in annual senior meetings and quarterly reviews
- •Plan and execute seasonal and annual sales budgets
- •Create and present account-specific assortment plans
- •Analyze sales performance by product and category
- •Understand consumer targeting through various channels
- •Manage in-season sales to maximize account performance
- •Oversee weekly order book management with customer service
- •Build and nurture customer relationships
