- •Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- •Proficiency in German and English
- •1-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales in the hospital, preferably with biosimilars or specialty care
- •Experience in biosimilars or therapy areas such as Rare Disease, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology
- •Knowledge of healthcare systems at national and local levels
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- •Drive market access and maximize sales growth
- •Engage with key stakeholders in healthcare systems
- •Outperform competition to develop new markets
- •Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy

- •Produce a territory business plan
- •Educate audiences on the value of the biosimilar product portfolio
- •Identify access barriers and create tailored solutions
- •Utilize CRM and planning tools to track progress
- •Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy
- •Lead local market access initiatives
- •Support internal teams with training and market insights
