Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • 1-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales in the hospital, preferably with biosimilars or specialty care
  • Experience in biosimilars or therapy areas such as Rare Disease, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems at national and local levels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Drive market access and maximize sales growth
  • Engage with key stakeholders in healthcare systems
  • Outperform competition to develop new markets
  • Develop and execute a regional access and sales strategy
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and prescribers
  • Identify target customers by analyzing customer records
  • Produce a territory business plan
  • Educate audiences on the value of the biosimilar product portfolio
  • Identify access barriers and create tailored solutions
  • Utilize CRM and planning tools to track progress
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy
  • Lead local market access initiatives
  • Support internal teams with training and market insights
