Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field
- Understanding of analog and digital circuits
- Familiarity with SRAM, OTP, or NVM principles
- Knowledge of schematic capture and simulation tools
- Knowledge of CMOS and semiconductor processes
- Experience with Memory or IC design projects
- Scripting skills for simulation or data analysis
- Familiarity with Linux-based EDA environments
- Interest in reliability, yield, or silicon debug
Tasks
- Design memory circuit schematics for SRAM peripherals and NVM blocks
- Apply design updates while learning key memory architecture concepts
- Simulate analog and mixed-signal blocks using various analyses
- Evaluate simulation results regarding matching, noise, and variability
- Perform pre- and post-layout simulations and basic DRC/LVS checks
- Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize circuit performance
- Integrate memory macros into SoCs and support silicon bring-up
- Analyze test data to understand memory redundancy concepts
- Maintain detailed documentation, design notes, and simulation reports
- Participate in reviews with verification, layout, and test teams
