Junior Engineer for Electrical Parametric Test Structures(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or Communication Engineering
- Passion for next-generation semiconductor technologies
- Knowledge of transistor physics
- Knowledge of CMOS fabrication process
- Understanding of electrical behavior, design layout, and manufacturing process interactions

- Experience in compact modeling of semiconductor devices
Tasks
- Support development activities in the Integration, Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) Department
- Develop, implement, debug, and optimize test structures and procedures
- Manage electrical test structure implementation for technology development and NPI projects
- Manage electrical test structure implementation for volume production monitoring
- Ensure correct measurement structure sets are placed on NPIs, MPW projects, or test chips
- Define and debug parametric measurement programs for NPIs, MPWs, or test chips
- Develop electrical test structures with Process Integration, Device development, and Yield Engineering teams
- Continuously improve measurability aspects of existing electrical test structures
- Continuously improve detection limits of existing electrical test structures
- Invent novel measurement concepts
- Validate test structures and measurement programs with test floor and lab measurements
- Analyze electrical characteristics and behavior of test structures
- Identify gaps comparing silicon results with Spice models and design manual targets
- Execute test structure layout design using industry standard tools
- Verify test structure layout using industry standard tools
