- Carry out lifetime projections
- Drive failure analysis
- Drive potential process improvements
- Perform reliability risk assessments
- Evaluate reliability risk mitigation
- Report on reliability risk mitigation
- Collaborate with global reliability teams
- Collaborate with integration teams
- Collaborate with process teams
- Collaborate with module teams
- Collaborate with external partners
- Ensure solid reliability performance
- Design reliability test structures
- Develop state-of-the-art reliability measurement methodology
- Implement documentation for reliability test operations
- Support process reliability monitoring
- Conduct fast wafer level reliability measurements for new technologies
